Potty training is something that is extremely important in the life of every parent and child. Once your child is potty trained everything will become infinitely much more easy for you as you will never have to worry about another accident or rushing to find a bathroom, or even carrying around a diaper bag everywhere you go. Of course the actual process of potty training is not quite so fun, but we all know that they payoff is a big one that is definitely worth it. For parents on the go though, the potty training process can be made much more difficult especially if the kids are frequently coming along in tow as well. There are a handful of options out there to help make things all that much easier though. We are going to take a look at one of them today, this is the new PRI Folding Potty with Handles.

This potty features four large rubber pads which will grip to the toilet seat as well as extended overhangs in front of the toilet seat. There are four hinges that are designed in a way so that they will not pinch the skin when your child sits down on it. It comes with a folding toilet reducer for those times when you are traveling away from home but still don’t want to lose any of that potty training progress that you have made so for. The handle grips help to increase your child’s confidence as well.

Keeping your baby nice and clean is of course something that is important to every mother out there. That is a task that is easier said than done and when traveling the task is made doubly hard by the lack of equipment at your disposable to give your baby a comfortable bath. Almost all mothers know as well that when their baby is not comfortable, getting them to sit still and accept their bath is something that requires an extreme amount of patience.  The traditional bathtub is much too large to bath your baby in and requires to bend over quite far which can easily become uncomfortable for most parents. The bath tub that you use in your home is probably much too large to take with you when your traveling so that is not an option either. Unless you have a bath tub that is able to fold itself up making it much easier to take around with you. Today we are going to look at a bath tub just like that, this is the new Puj Tub.

Weighing in at less than 1 pound and being able to be easily folded up, this is the perfect bath tub to take with you while you are traveling. It isn’t just good for on the road though, you will find it very useful at home as well because of the contoured shape that cradles your baby just like they are being cradles in your arms, leaving your hands free to bathe them.

We have been talking a lot lately about how important it is to get your baby into good hygiene habits from a very young age and one of the best ways that you can do that is by getting them into the tub frequently from the very beginning. One of the common themes among the concept is that for that to work you have to make bath time enjoyable, comfortable and fun for your baby. There are many fun and colorful bathing tubs out there that your baby will find interesting, but once they get a bit older but still not ready for being free in the tub, they require a little something more to keep them entertained in the tub. Instead of having them lay down in the tub while you bathe them, you can have them sitting up in their own bath seat which allows them to be able to play while they are getting clean. Today we are going to be looking at a new bath seat which should really get them in the mood to start taking their baths. This is the new Dream on Me Baby Bath Seat.

This bath seat is made out of plastic and comes in a bright yellow color that should be inviting to your baby. There is a suction cup bottom that will help to keep the seat stable in the slippery tub. There is a toy rack included as well to ensure that your baby will never get bored.

Your baby, just like almost all babies out there probably doesn’t like taking a bath very much. This is quite normal as they don’t yet understand the importance of bathing and the feeling of water to a baby that doesn’t yet understand the purpose of it is not usually a good feeling. That being said, usually when babies get out of the tub and get dry and warm again they are generally very happy. Of course that makes you as a mother happy as well, seeing them nice and clean and hopefully in some soft and cute clothes. Since their skin is so new and soft though, you need to make sure that you dry them off with something that isn’t going to hurt or irritate their skin. A regular towel can be a bit rough for most babies and that is why it is important for them to have their own special towels and washcloths. We are going to take a look at a great example of some today, there Spasilk 10 Pack Soft Terry Cloth Washcloths.

These washcloths are 9 inches by 9 inches and come in bright color prints that your baby is guaranteed to enjoy. They can be used wet, to wash your baby while they are in the tub and then when they get out just grab a dry one to dry them off in a way that is comfortable for them. This is sure to keep that skin nice and soft and smooth.

It is very important for your child to have good hygiene although it seems that most young children are determined to go out and play and get as dirty as possible, and then come home and try to avoid their bath at all costs. This can be very stressful for any hygiene concerned parents but if you start to teach them good hygiene habits from the beginning as a baby you can make things much easier on yourself. While your baby will probably not take very well to the bath water, especially in the very beginning, by making the environment more comfortable and even fun for them, you can ease them into the whole experience. There are many products out there to help you to do this and we are going to be taking a closer look at one of them today. This is the new Fisher-Price Precious Planet Whale of a Tub.

This adaptable tub comes in the shape of a whale, which is fun for your baby and will make them more excited to get inside of it and get clean. It can easily fit over double sinks as well into a traditional bath tub to make your job of getting them clean much easier. The contoured insert makes it much safer for use with infants and the soft grip, non-slip foam surface keeps your baby in place and comfortable at the same time. This could be the thing that gets your baby excited to take a bath.
